You agree to only access Mailtemporary data through the Mailtemporary website.
The Mailtemporary functional is free, but additional features are available on Mailtemporary PREMIUM ( after subscription/payment).
You agree to not use Mailtemporary directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose. You agree that any email you send to Mailtemporary or emails you induce other sites/persons to send will become public domain once in the Mailtemporary system with no expectation of privacy for email content.
You agree not to use the public Mailtemporary system to receive, store or view emails containing private or confidential information. You understand that Mailtemporary has no control over material put into mailboxes.
You agree to hold Mailtemporary harmless from any damages caused by loss of emails, content within emails, damage to your computer (or innocence) from viewing emails, direct or indirect use of this system.
You agree that you cannot send email using Mailtemporary, only receive. Moreover, the Free service handling a couple of million emails per hour. Therefore, you agree that emails can be stored for up to 1-2 hours and the domains may be subject to change. You agree, not to use temporary emails for registering important accounts or receiving sensitive data. The Mailtemporary will have no ability to restore emails or domains once removed.
You agree that Mailtemporary PREMIUM using for authorization and payments https://paddle.com/ platform and is available on DESKTOP WEB ONLY (have no ability to provide cross-device experience on mobile apps). Mailtemporary PREMIUM is still a temporary disposable emails service and not traditional fully-functional email software.

Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S., and are subject to change without notice. The exact price in a specific country is available in the payment window and maybe observed prior subscription will be made. You may cancel your subscription anytime.
Payment will be charged from your credit card or PayPal via the paddle.com platform when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. If you do not agree with the changes to Mailtemporary PREMIUM pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription.
Canceling subscriptions or turning off auto-renewal
Users can cancel the subscriptionÃ¢â¬â¢s auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below and will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription's expiration date.
You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Mailtemporary regarding future functionality or features.

We make no warranty that the Services or Products will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the presence of specific domain names or addresses in the service, as well as the email storage of already arrived emails.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Mailtemporary and its officers, directors, employee, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.
